Came here today just to try something new and to be honest we will be coming back. We ordered the gyoza to start and one Tan Tan and a black Tan Tan. You have the option of having the broth mild, spicy, or extra spicy. We opted for spicy as we like spice but wasn't sure how spicy it was going to be.
The gyoza comes with six good sized gyozas. They were crisp on the bottom but soft on top which is how we like them. The flavor on the inside was good and their gyoza sauce was also a good compliment to the dish.
Both of the Tan Tans had a good nutty flavor from the sesame based broth. Our broths weren't very spicy. In my opinion it was mild for being labeled as spicy. They do give you chili oil on the side which is great so we can add more spice if needed. This is the first place I've been to where they chop up the chasu instead of it being sliced, makes it easy to eat from the spoon.
If you want to try something new, I would definitely recommend. -

Mood - dinner
Upon entering was greeted with warm and friendly customer service. Was given the run down of the specials and the menu.
Opted for the cold shoyu, the tonkatsu, spicy edamame and the takoyaki. The food was delicious. The portions were nice in size. I will be back to try other items on the menu.
Interior is a few booth seats with the accommodating tables. Good ol school music was playing in the background. Everything was very clean.
Would thoroughly recommend- pricing was reasonable
Location is Tropicana/ Ft Apache- ample parking -

Not exaggerating when I say the best Karaage I've ever had...crunch to sauce ratio is 10/10. Shoyu ramen was also a home run. Nice to have quality ramen in the neighborhood...excited to go back to try more!

I visited here a couple of weeks ago for the first time. It's a small restaurant but with good service and very good ramen noodles. It was in the middle of the week that I visited so it wasn't very busy so there was just one waitress and she gave great service.
I had the Miso Vegetarian Ramen w/Egg Noodles and the chicken karaage. The miso broth was so creamy delicious with lots of vegetables and perfect noodles. The chicken karaage was crunchy and delicious with a really good dipping sauce. Overall everything was awesome and this would be my go to place for ramen again and since it is close to where I live and also because I loved the egg noodles and the broth was delicious and there was so many ingredients in my bowl.
